The staff here were friendly, and I enjoyed a generous breakfast; the location convenient to nearby attractions and the beautiful mountains.

the rooms are amazingly comfortable and fabulous and they have central heating, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, and a seating area. the breakfast is good and the views of the mountain are good. the property's location is marvellous, just next door to the mountains, restaurant, and swarovski crystal worlds in wattens, austria.

Polite staff, reasonably spacious rooms with a nice view and the bedroom, as example. Marvellous and lovely location, a short walk to everywhere.

Booked a room with 2 bedrooms and were impressed by the friendly service, we are definitely planning to return.

The convenient location close to attractions made it easy to visit key spots and dine out, including Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens.

rettenberg in kolsass surpassed our expectations this valentine's day. the staff was kind and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the amenities, such as the pool and bowling alley, added to the overall experience. the beautiful view from our room was a bonus.

The location here is amazing, and the restaurant nearby is open.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by beautiful mountains and close to the Zillertal area. the restaurant offers a lovely small garden area where you can enjoy your meal. the room is spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the breakfast is rich and delicious. There is a swimming pool and bowling available for entertainment.

There were a few minor issues with the hotel, such as poor lighting and the lack of a garbage bin and safe box in the room. the shared balcony and unstable wooden railing could be a safety concern.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the value for money is exceptional. Despite being labeled as a lower star category, this hotel offers amenities and service that rivals higher-end establishments. Secondly, the attention to detail is impeccable. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the beautiful small garden area where the restaurant is open, everything is well-maintained and inviting. Lastly, the location is simply breathtaking. Nestled in the surrounding mountains, the hotel offers a nice view and provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We stayed at Hotel Rettenberg for one night on our way to Tuscany and it was a great choice. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable. The indoor pool was clean and refreshing, and the location in a small town surrounded by mountains was perfect. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and took a short walk around the area, as well as relaxing on the balcony with a beautiful view. The nearby Hofer supermarket was convenient for stocking up for our journey. we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Convenient stop between Innsbruck and Salzburg. Three beds, easy parking, restaurant, flexible check-in/out, and reasonable price. Nice building, friendly staff, great views, and a refreshing pool. Bowling available. Enjoyed the dinner. Clean spa area with various saunas. Spacious, clean rooms. Good breakfast and tasty food for dinner.

The hotel's facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the clean and relaxing spa area with different temperature saunas. we appreciated having access to the bowling alley, which we found to be fairly priced and well-maintained. The location was also great, situated in the mountains with lovely views and close to attractions in the area. Breakfast was really nice and the staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the quality of the rooms. Speaking of which, our room had a nice view of the surrounding area, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They were attentive to our needs and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained and provided everything we needed. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious. There was a wide variety of options to choose from and it really set us up for the day ahead.

The breakfast spread was good, and the rooms were clean. The pool area was also a great addition to the hotel, perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day exploring the city. Plus, the location of the hotel was very convenient, close to a lot of tourist attractions.

The staff was not very welcoming and seemed uninterested in helping us with anything. We also had a hard time communicating with them because of their limited language skills. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was a hassle, as we had to wait for a long time due to the unorganized reception area. our experience was just okay, but we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
